Wrill Southern Outdoors
At Wrill Southern Outdoors, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- In-Store Purchases: Items must be returned to the store within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Online Orders: Items purchased online must be shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date. The return package must be postmarked within this 14-day window.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or refund, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Wrill Southern Outdoors reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If returning an online order, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Wrill Southern Outdoors cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
